Everything existing in our lives – circumstances and people who trigger us into positive or negative emotional responses – all have been attracted to us by the type of energies (belief/thought/emotion) that we have emitted over lifetimes.

Our entire being is a broadcast mechanism. Our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies all put out frequencies – these transmissions are then reflected back to us.

These frequencies become trapped in biofeedback loops until we resolve the imbalanced emission issue – i.e. change the broadcast.

How to find the real cause my emotional reaction? 

Most of our emotional reactions are based on the pre-programmed “incorrect conclusions” of the Lower Self (inner child). 

You can trace the emotional reaction to an issue that you can then further delineate back to a particular episode in life that cemented that conclusion into your body. 

For example, someone who is experiencing intense feelings of unworthiness and insignificance in a current moment due to a particular trigger might be able to trace it back to the time of his parents’ divorce and the pain experienced during it. 

The incorrect conclusion was “If I was good enough, then mommy/daddy would not have left us!” The child took this experience as his fault. If this was not noticed by the adults around him, he grew stronger in his conviction until it became a full belief. 

From that point on this child would keep attracting to himself triggers for his insignificance because his Soul would want him to learn, to clean up this misconception. By simply looking back at the event itself (in this case, a traumatic divorce) through the eyes of the adult, and consciously linking these two experiences (feeling not-good-enough and parents’ divorce), this person can release the pain or guilt, that generated the belief in the first place. Information can be very useful in these situations – knowing about the real reasons for the divorce of his parents, which might have been hidden from the child, can help a lot. 

But the main point is to HEAL the pain that CAUSES the emotional trigger by LEARNING the lesson!

How do I step into my power?


How do I step into my power? How do I let my limiting beliefs go? 
We become empowered when we face the past trauma – and that requires knowledge of yourself. Knowledge of Self is gained through loving internal investigation (not analyzing but deepening in). 

The more we know about our inner world, the easier it becomes to trace the origins of any belief. These origins almost always thread from other lives, but there are also many circumstances of the current life that have activated these past karmic issues in our cellular memory. 

The key here is PERCEPTION (filter on reality). These unresolved karmic issues were originally created by our misunderstandings of a lesson due to a limited perception at that time. But now we are different beings than we were back then, thus our perceptional range is also different. This means that examining circumstances that led to a particular belief in the past, will now with this new expanded perspective, lead to a different conclusion, which in turn affects the thoughts and emotions, and the cellular body in a different way.

how do I change a belief once I recognize it?


I know I must change my beliefs… But how do I change the belief/concept once I recognize it? 

This takes some inner knowing of your own system, and definitely some effort! We change our beliefs by resolving the past disharmonious assumptions – the unlearned lessons which created these disharmonious beliefs. We do this by dealing with the past trauma (facing the issues) and by LEARNING what was unlearned, finishing what was not finished.

What is self-mastery?


What is self-mastery? We hear that term all the time, but what does it really mean?
Although there are many ways to explain self-mastery, here is one of them: All events trigger an emotional response, either positive or negative, according to our belief/perception of that event. The point of self-mastery lies in being able to notice the emotional reaction we are having, trace it back through the thoughts to the belief (concept) that created it, and change that belief.

Do I decide what I'm going to BELIEVE about Reality?


Perception is a learned skill. That skill is heavily influenced by our genetics, upbringing, and current and past life experiences. All of these are imprinted upon the body’s cellular memory. These cellular imprints attract to us the same circumstances over and over, and can be the cause of dis-ease in the body or mind, until we deal with them. Through unconscious habitual repetition we “carve a groove” in our neuro-circuitry, inculcating automated conditioned biochemical responses to be triggered by particular circumstances and people.

The dualistic nature of our existence here on Earth implies experiences of both happiness and unhappiness, health and dis-ease, love and fear. Throughout the lifetimes we choose to play on one side of the spectrum, then the other, sometimes both together. When we are ready to become spiritual adults, we finally choose the middle path – the path of harmony.
